The Misfit Flash is a clip-on tracking device that measures your progress discreetly. You can clip the Flash to your waistband, pocket, bra, key chain, shoe lace, sleeve, shirt and more. You also have the option of purchasing a sport watch band to slip the Misfit Flash into. This fitness tracking device visually shows your progress by a series of lights that are placed around the round face. As your steps increase, the lights move around the clock face in a similar way that time progresses. When all the lights are displayed, you have reached your daily goals. To see the numerical display of step count, calories, sleep duration, quality and distances covered, you must connect this fitness tracker to the app on your smart phone. Misfit Link holds your information and also allows you to take selfie’s, turn on and off your Misfit Flash, listen to music and more. This fitness tracker goes beyond the ordinary tracking so if you are looking for the basic operations you may want to choose a different fitness tracking device. It runs off a battery that typically needs to be replaced every 6 months. While it is water resistant up to 30 meters, it is not recommended for swimming. You can successful use MisFit Flash to track running, walking, tennis, tennis, basketball and cycling.
