Samsung delivers a sleek fitness tracking device for wrist wear. The OLED display face is large and easy to read. It tracks information such as steps, calories, sleep and heart rate. It automatically detects your different activities such as cycling, running, weight lifting, yoga and exercising on an elliptical trainer. This is a big benefit as you do not need to adjust the fitness tracker or change a setting on your smart phone to accurately track your activity usage. It syncs with your Android phone and displays texts and call alerts. The built in GPS is a nice feature if you enjoy outdoor workouts. You do not have to bring your phone with you during outdoor adventures. The Samsung Gear Fit2 stores all your information in the watch and will sync it with your phone when you return. The Gear Fit2 also stores music or you can connect by your phone with Spotify to increase your music selection. The Samsung Gear Fit2 is water resistant but cannot be worn for swimming. It comes with a charging cradle and you can wear it for approximately 9 days on one charge. Samsung offers free connection to the S Health app so you can set workout goals, compete with others and share your workout results.
